By subscribing to ULTRA by Clayton's Weather, you agree that the subscription cost is $5 per month (unless otherwise stated), payments are recurring and billed automatically, and you are responsible for keeping payment information up to date. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Invoices must be paid by the due date. A late fee of $3 or more may be applied at our discretion. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

Our services may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or external services. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

All content — including logos, branding, forecast text, graphics, and data presentation — is the property of Clayton's Weather and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
